This glass filter pitcher uses the patented AKUA system, a technology based on natural activated carbon filtration. The device combines coconut-based activated carbon with a mineral fiber membrane disc. This combination effectively removes both bacteria and various unwanted substances found in water.

Directions for Use
Unscrew the filter, wash both parts with soapy water, then rinse them. Pour the granules into the filtration chamber and place the membrane disc on top. Close the filter, rinse it several times until the water runs clear, then reinsert it into the carafe. After filling, wait 5 minutes and discard the first batch of filtered water. Replace the filter cartridge at least every 8 weeks.
