It features a wrap-around L-shaped thermodiffuser base, a Cristel speciality. The bottom is composed of :

The structure of the L-shaped base ensures rapid heat distribution to the bottom and sides of the pan. The base is designed for perfectly even cooking, whatever the heat source. The brushed finish prevents streaking and adds an elegant touch.

The ultra-resistant Exceliss+ non-stick coating

Cristel has added the Exceliss+ coating to this sauté pan for perfect glide, without compromising durability. This 3-layer coating is reinforced with titanium and guaranteed PFOA and PFOS-free. Its structure comprises :

• 1st non-stick layer: integrated into the sandblasted base, enriched with titanium - perfect adhesion
