Description

The Matfer scraper enables you to maintain your polyethylene boards and logs. Used like a plane, it sands the surface of your board to give it a clean finish.

Its hardened steel blade scrapes the polyethylene, removing nicks and stains caused by previous cutting operations. The board becomes smooth and clean again.

Tempered steel is a tough alloy that is highly recommended for this task requiring strength and robustness. The black polymer handle is pleasant to hold, and the ergonomic grip allows you to grasp it comfortably.

The blade is interchangeable, so you can keep your scraper for the long haul!

This is a particularly useful accessory for professional chefs, fishmongers and butchers who use their boards intensively. So you can prolong their efficiency over time!
