Attractive, very stable, and functional, it allows you to slice loaves of various sizes without taking up too much space, safely and with satisfaction—especially when using the excellent Suncraft Senzo Japanese bread knife with double serrations, available at Couteaux du Chef. In short, a beautiful and indispensable item for the kitchen!

Nice item, and the fact that it has a grid with a reservoir that can be emptied is much appreciated. The grate does deteriorate rather quickly, however, but a serrated blade against wood is no miracle worker!
