Contents:
- 1 9cm paring knife
- 1 santoku knife 18cm
- 1 chef's knife 21cm
- 1 serrated bread knife 26cm
The steel used for the knife blades is alloy X55CrMo14. Hardness is 56HRC for easy daily maintenance with a sharpening gun. Their polished edge glides effortlessly through food, for precise, clean cutting.
The handles are made of hygienic, lightweight synthetic material, perfectly suited to use by catering professionals and amateur cooks alike. Their oval shape is typically Asian, adapting to the shape of your hand and guaranteeing an optimal, comfortable grip. To ensure safe use of the knife, the surface of the handles is non-slip.
The handle and blade of each knife are joined by a stainless steel bolster that solidifies the assembly and distributes the weight throughout the knife for ideal balance. Knives should be hand-washed and carefully dried before storage.
These knives come in a cheerful pink color, bringing a touch of joy and good humor to your kitchen. Dick has designed the Pink Spirit range in support of women around the world who are battling breast cancer. As part of its commitment, Dick donates €10 to the "Pink Ribbon Germany" association for every block sold.
The acrylic block is sturdy and easy to clean. In fact, it can be dismantled for washing or simply transported wherever you need or want to cook. It features a powerful magnetic bar that secures your knife blades so they won't fall out.
The front of the block is transparent so you can easily see and find the knife you need, and the bottom of the block is white to bring out the shine of the stainless steel. This block can find its place in all contemporary or traditional kitchens with neutral tones that need a colorful touch to bring them back to life!
