A forged blade is formed from a single piece of steel heated to a high temperature, which is given its final shape using a press. This process requires technique and precision to give your knives excellent balance, which is also reinforced by the bolster.

Your knives have been sharpened and checked with a precise laser to guarantee a high-performance cutting edge. They have a hardness of 56HRC on the Rockwell scale: your knives are therefore easy to sharpen and their cutting edge is easy to maintain!

With these multi-purpose knives, you can make a wide range of cuts! The paring knife lets you perform small precision jobs, while the chef's knife and carving knife help you cut larger pieces of meat, for example.

These knives feature comfortable handles

The handles of your knives are made of black POM, a tough, wear-resistant synthetic material. With their slender shape, your knives are ergonomically designed for optimum grip and handling, especially during prolonged use.

They feature 3 rivets that hold the blade in place in the handle to guarantee your knives reliability! What's more, the guard is designed to enhance your safety and prevent cuts.

To care for your knives, we recommend hand-washing them with a soft sponge and wiping them dry immediately, to keep them in a dry place.
