Watertight lid for GN 1/6 Comas Gastronorm Pans

Gastronorm bins are indispensable in professional kitchens. Whether in restaurants, hotels or commercial kitchens, they play a key role in food storage, preparation and service. For maximum efficiency, it's important to fit them with suitable lids.

Thanks to its hermetic membrane, the Comas lid effectively maintains the temperature of your food, whether hot or cold. Its reinforced design, with sturdy corners and rims, guarantees unfailing durability, even in the most demanding kitchens. This lid model is specially designed for GN 1/6 gastronorm containers. The Gastro Norme system standardizes the dimensions of all containers used in the catering industry.

The watertight GN Comas lid creates a suction cup effect in the presence of heat, securing your preparations against spillage during transport. It's easy to open thanks to an integrated tab, allowing you to remove the lid in one simple movement.

Stackable, it optimizes storage space and worktop space in your kitchen.
