Tried it on dark chocolate, perfect for sprinkling on a waffle! The grated cheese is fine, so it's perfect for melting over pasta.
Crank handle.

The crank does not hold with hard Parmigiano-style cheese.

The product is good. It still needs to be tested over the long term.
It has just one drawback, like many household tools: the storage system is either nonexistent or incomplete.
As functional as it is elegant!

A very good grater, the container is practical for storing unused cape. The only drawback is the handle, which is rather wide, so you need a large hand to hold it.
Great!

Here's a product that's well thought out and well made, already visually it's beautiful and dishwasher-safe.the little receptacle for scraping anything other than gruyère and conserving is a nice touch! Two rapes are supplied, with an attachment system for right- or left-handed use. I highly recommend this quality product.
