Essayé sur du chocolat noir, parfait pour saupoudrer de petits copeaux sur une gaufre ! Le râpé de fromage lui est fin, donc parfait, fondant sur les pâtes.

Très bonne râpe, le récipient est pratique pour conserver le capé non utilisé. Le seul bémol est la poignée qui est assez large donc il faut une grande main pour la maintenir.

Voila un produit bien penser et bien réaliser, déjà visuellement il est beau ça passe au lave vaisselle.Le petit réceptacle pour raper autre que du gruyère et conserver bien vu ! Deux rapes de fournis avec un système d'accroche pour droitier ou gaucher super. Je recommande vivement ce produit de fabrication de qualité.
