Microplane 4-sided stainless steel kitchen grater - 13.3cm

This 4-sided grater from Microplane is perfectly useful: it combines 4 functions for a wide range of results!

The grater contains :

a fine-grain side for zesting and finely grating foods such as citrus fruits;

a medium double-edged side for cheeses such as Parmesan;

a coarse-grain side for grating vegetables such as carrots;

-a mandolin for fine cutting, such as potatoes for gratin.

The quality of its cutting edge will not damage your products during cutting, and will enable you to respect your food and preserve all its aromas.

What's more, it's easy to store thanks to its protective case (hand-washable only), and just as easy to clean thanks to its dishwasher compatibility and removable fine-grain blade that can be cleaned under water.

Add to this its modern design, and you've got a kitchen that'll fit right in! Its practicality is also noteworthy: its handle makes it easy to grip and its rubber tips give it great stability.

As a result, this grater was awarded 1st prize in the "Kitchen Utensils" category of the 2009 Tableware Design Awards.

Here's a video proving just how effective this grater can be!

Don't hesitate to buy this professional-approved all-purpose grater!
