Pradel Excellence adjustable multifunction Mandoline Slicer 4 interchangeable blades

The Pradel ExcellenceKitchen mandolin is multifunctional. It features 4 types of interchangeable blades, allowing you to vary the cuts you make:

- 1 smooth blade

- 1 julienne blade

- 1 fine grater

- 1 thick grater

You can use them to cut vegetables (carrots, zucchinis, tomatoes, etc.) and fruit (apples, pears, lemons, etc.). Simply change the blade according to the desired result.

The Kitchen mandolin features a thumbwheel allowing you to set the cutting thickness on 3 positions (the thumbwheel works on the smooth blade and the julienne blade). You can therefore adapt the thickness of your food to your needs (e.g. fine thickness for quick cooking).

The Kitchen mandolin has its own push button, which is useful for sliding food onto the blades, while protecting your fingers! In addition, the non-slip base ensures greater stability and safety during use.

There's also a 1.2-liter drip tray to catch the food sliced by the Kitchen mandolin. So practical!

You can wash the Kitchen mandolin and its accessories in the dishwasher to save time (but we always recommend hand-washing, which is gentler on the Utensils).

So choose this PradelKitchen mandolin and enjoy slicing in the kitchen!
