Clean sole
This anatomically designed insole features Polysoft technology, made from soft polyurethane. It is in direct contact with the foot: thanks to an open-cell fabric, this insole is breathable and anti-bacterial. The underside of the insole features variable-height micro-thicknesses, providing comfort even after hours of use. Air circulation channels built into the sole provide permanent ventilation to keep your feet dry.
Midsole
This part is made of polyurethane with BASF's innovative Infinergy® technology. The midsole adapts both to the surface of the ground, for maximum stability, and to the shape of your foot, for optimum comfort all day long.
This technology offers numerous advantages: lightness, low density, abrasion resistance, flexibility, elasticity... It stores energy for better energy release. The cushioning is soft and dynamic: energy is conserved in the heel during the ground-engaging phase and the rolling-off phase. Anti-fatigue effect guaranteed!
Outsole
The outsole is the part of the shoe in contact with the ground. It is made of compact PU for anti-abrasion, anti-slip and anti-static properties. The outsole is also resistant to hydrocarbons.
Studs" are positioned at the front and rear of the sole to improve grip on the ground. Multi-level stabilizing channels are located in the center of the sole to improve slip resistance. Finally, the asymmetrical preformed heel increases the contact and walking surface, for optimum comfort.
Lining
The Wingtex® lining guarantees maximum breathability. Special micro-cells absorb and disperse moisture.
Upper
The upper is made of New Safety Dry microfiber. It represents the upper part of the shoe, designed to protect the top of the foot.
Protective toe cap
The toe cap is made of Airtoe® Composite, a lightweight material weighing around 50 grams. Thanks to a micro-perforated membrane, it allows the foot to breathe, eliminating perspiration in the form of water vapor. You're also assured of a perfectly waterproof shoe.
This protective toe cap can withstand an impact energy of 200 joules and a crushing force of 15 kN.
Natural Comfort 11
The anatomical shape of the Natural Confort 11 ensures a natural, comfortable, compression-free fit throughout the working day. The fit is designed to cope with different situations of maximum effort and load, where the foot undergoes sometimes very significant changes.
