Matfer Exoglass® red thermometer spatula -20° to +200°C

The Matfer 2-in-1 spatula is an ingenious utensil that will delight all food professionals! It allows you to stir your preparations before, during or after cooking, while keeping track of the temperature thanks to its built-in thermometer.

The spatula itself is made from Exoglass®, a tough composite material much appreciated in the kitchen. It is rot-proof and can withstand temperatures of up to 220°C. The spatula can be washed in the dishwasher, saving you time.

The thermometer slides inside the spatula through a small entry on the top of the spatula. It is effective from -20°C to +200°C. It is accurate to 0.1°C and reliable to 1°C. It's also splash-proof, but unlike the spatula, it's not dishwasher-safe. Just wipe it dry with a sponge and a soft cloth, and you're done.
