MATFER Silvéo professional scraper 21.5cm Exoglass® handle

Made in France, this 21. 5cm Matfer professional scraper spatula will become an essential kitchen utensil for all cooks! You can use it for a wide range of kitchen tasks thanks to its 2-in-1 function!

First of all, the paddle doesn't fear contact with hot food, as it is highly resistant to high temperatures (up to 260°C). So you can put it in contact with hot or cooking food without fear of damaging it.

Made from silicone, it effortlessly scrapes the bottom of containers of any shape, leaving nothing behind. What's more, it has the same functions as a spatula. So you can easily line ice-cream moulds, smooth entremets and candy trays with chocolate.

The handle is made of Exoglass®, a heat-resistant composite material. It can be subjected to high temperatures of up to 220°C. It is rot-proof, does not warp easily and is easy to clean by hand or in the dishwasher. You can even sterilize it to extract as many bacteria as possible from its surface.

Finally, the handle has a hanging hole so you can hang it more easily in your kitchen, for example, above your worktop!
