The Accademia Lagofusion® stewpot is the perfect ally for simmered dishes, long-cooking sauces or family soups! Made from 18/10 stainless steel, it combines sturdiness, elegance and thermal performance. Supplied with a stainless steel lid, this Lagostina stainless steel stewpot lets you cook with the lid on, while preserving flavours and textures. Multi-layer structure for even cooking

The Accademia Lagostina stewpot features a bowl manufactured using 3-ply technology:

• 18/10 stainless steel interior: hygienic, healthy and easy to clean
• Aluminum center: excellent thermal conductivity
• 18/10 stainless steel exterior: sturdy and all-round cookware

A Lagofusion® bottom insert is added to the bowl. It is composed of 2 additional layers (1 stainless steel and 1 aluminum). It brings the bottom of the stewpot to a total of 5 layers, each 7mm thick. It ensures :

• perfectly even heat distribution
• cooking without hot spots
• thermal stability even at high heat
• use on gas, induction, glass-ceramic, electric and oven up to +250°C

This stewpot is available in 3 sizes to suit all uses:

• 20cm - 3L: for sauces, compotes or individual meals or for two
• 24cm - 5.3L: ideal for 3 to 5 people - soups, pasta, simmered dishes
• 26cm - 6.6L: perfect for 6 to 8 people - chili, pot-au-feu, family risotto

The high walls limit evaporation, making the stewpot perfect for long, simmered dishes where food needs moisture. They remain soft and tender, without ever becoming soggy.
