The Lagostina Accademia stainless steel saucepan is the perfect ally for precision cooking, reheating, reducing and simmering. With its multi-layer stainless steel body and high-performance Lagofusion® base, it offers perfect temperature control, even at high heat. Multi-layer technology for perfect cooking

The body of the pan is designed using 3-ply technology:

• 18/10 stainless steel interior: hygienic, healthy and easy to maintain
• Aluminum center: rapid, even heat distribution
• 18/10 stainless steel exterior: sturdiness and all-round compatibility

Added to this is a 5-layer Lagofusion® base (2 additional layers of stainless steel and aluminum), with a total thickness of 7mm. It guarantees :

• even heat distribution over the entire surface
• cooking without hot spots, for consistently good results
• thermal stability even at high heat
• all-ring compatibility including induction and oven use up to +250°C

A pan for all everyday needs

• 14cm - 1L (for 1 to 2 people): perfect for reheating a portion, melting chocolate or preparing an individual sauce
• 16cm - 1.5L (for 1 to 2 people): ideal for poached eggs, light soups
• 18cm - 2,2L (for 2 to 3 people): perfect for steamed vegetables, rice or a béchamel sauce
• 20cm - 3L (for 3 to 4 people): versatile for cooking pasta, soups or simmering a small ratatouille

Its pouring rim makes it easy to transfer sauces and liquids without spilling a drop. And thanks to the riveted stainless steel handle, the grip is comfortable and secure, even when hot.
