The knife is designed in a single block, which makes it extremely robust and hygienic, as no food residue will be trapped in the handle shell. The slightly curved shape of the handle is designed to ensure a better grip and greater comfort of use, even over long periods of time.
The knife is made from 13/0 stainless steel, a corrosion- and shock-resistant material that is particularly appreciated in the kitchen for preventing bacterial proliferation. Its smooth, tapered blade will stay sharp over the long term, and you can easily sharpen your blades for years to come.
