The menagère is very nice, I ordered 2 of them, 1 of which was missing a knife and I noticed some manufacturing defects. I returned the menagère and received another in exchange without any problem. I also noticed a defect on a spoon in the mouth part. This explains my 6/10 rating. It's a shame there aren't more rigorous controls on both product quality and shipping, because the product is really beautiful and has an interesting material quality!
