Lékué red steam box with filter

No time to cook when you get home in the evening? Lékué's red steamer cooks your meal quickly and healthily!

The Lékué steamer allows you to cook your food in just a few minutes in the microwave without adding any fat. This preserves the taste and nutritional value of your food.

Available for 1-2 (capacity: 650ml) or 3-4 people (capacity: 1.4L), the set makes it easy to cook a dish and its accompaniment for your whole table.

The box contains a removable filter inside for maximum versatility:

- aromatized cooking: place the desired aromatics (spices, herbs, sauce...) under the filter and place your meat, fish or pasta on top.

- double cooking: cook a dish and its accompaniment at the same time! This reduces the amount of crockery used.

- liquid separation and defrosting: when cooking, the filter allows excess cooking juices to drain away. When defrosting, the water passes through the filter to avoid contact with the food.

Thanks to the Lékué steam box, food cooks evenly in its own juices: it's juicy and soft, while retaining its original taste thanks to the steam. Vitamins and trace elements are also preserved.

The steamer works on the same principle as en papillote cooking, but saves you from using too much aluminum foil or special cooking paper. It's reusable!

Your steamer is versatile, as it can be used in the microwave or oven, keeps prepared dishes in the fridge and is easy to clean in the dishwasher, thanks to its resistance from -60°C to +220°C. A must-have for people in a hurry!

The case and filter are made entirely from Platinum silicone. This is a silicon-based material found in rock, quartz and sand. Platinum silicone contains no plastic and is odorless, so it's totally safe for you. It's highly flexible, so you can easily unmold your dishes.
