Make your vegetables a success every time with even, precise cuts! The Hasselback Lékué slicer makes it easy and quick to prepare original side dishes. In a single movement, it cuts fruit and vegetables into thin slices.

Whether it's potatoes, tomatoes or zucchini, it's up to you to compose your recipes according to your preferences. Once sliced, garnish generously on your preparations. And if you opt for baking, the result will be even better: crispy on the outside and soft and creamy on the inside.

To use, simply place your ingredient on a flat surface and make sure it fits between the legs of the Hasselback cutter. Then lift the inner blades by pushing the button (also inside) on the handle towards your hand. Cut the ingredient with the two outer blades, then press the top button on the handle to finish cutting with the three blades in the center.

To remove the blades, simply push the bottom button a second time and remove the Hasselback cutter from the ingredient. Use your free hand if the ingredient sticks to the blades, and you're done! And don't worry, the blades don't cut through the top. What's more, there's no risk of it slipping during use, thanks to the feet located on the base of the cutter. Once you've got the hang of it, you won't want to be without it.

For maintenance, the Hasselback Lékué cutter is dishwasher-safe and can be disassembled for ease of use.
