The kettle features a wrap-around L-shaped thermodiffuser bottom:

• Aluminum layer: rapid heating
• Magnetic stainless steel layer: induction-compatible

This bottom rises up over the sides to ensure optimal heat distribution. Suitable for long (pot-au-feu, soups) or short (rissolades, steaming with insert cooker) cooking, this pot offers great versatility. Its brushed finish means it's not susceptible to streaking, giving it an elegant, unobtrusive appearance.

This Strate Amovable stainless steel stockpot is available in 3 sizes to suit all your needs:

• 20cm - 5.3L: height: 17.5cm / weight: 1.35kg
• 22cm - 7.2L: height: 20cm / weight: 1.78kg
• 24cm - 9.4L: height: 21.5cm; weight: 1.94kg

These sizes are designed to accommodate all kinds of generous preparations: stews, soups, broths, large quantities of vegetables, shellfish or whole meats. High pot walls:
