The M'Urban4 cocotte is made from 3 layers of alloy with a monobloc structure. The 18/10 stainless steel interior and exterior are corrosion-resistant, with a polished finish for easy cleaning. Between these 2 layers of stainless steel lies a layer of aluminum, an excellent heat conductor that spreads heat evenly and rapidly over the entire surface. The result is even cooking that preserves all the flavors of the food. Heat-resistant cast stainless steel handles, each secured by 2 rivets, make the cooking tool both comfortable and safe to use. What's more, they can be suspended from a utensil holder for easy storage and access.
