The M'COOK saucepan is made of stainless steel with a 5-layer structure of different metals for optimum performance. The first layer is stainless steel, giving a hygienic, easy-to-clean surface. The next 3 layers are aluminum to ensure even heat diffusion and avoid hot spots. The fifth layer is ferritic stainless steel, specially designed for induction stoves. The pure aluminum core is sandwiched between 2 layers of stainless steel. The result? Perfectly even cooking that saves time and energy. Compatible with all types of cooker, including induction, the pan can also be used in the oven, making it ideal for heating and reheating preparations.
