Durable, resistant material

The main design material of these 24 Sassonia cutlery sets is18/10 stainless steel. Meeting strict European standards, it has a precise composition of 18% chromium and 10% nickel. This measured combination offers an optimal synergy of the benefits of chromium, conferring enhanced corrosion resistance, and nickel, adding a distinctive shine. What's more, this alloy ensures remarkable resistance to the acidity of foods such as tomatoes, vinegar and lemon. And being a neutral material, it is suitable for food contact and does not alter the taste of food.

Helpful hints: avoid contact between parts to prevent scratches. When it comes to maintenance, use non-abrasive products and strictly avoid aggressive detergents.

Cleaning is simple and practical: thanks to their stainless steel composition, this cutlery can be easily cleaned in the dishwasher.
