Microplane black pepper mill

With the Microplane® chili grinder, you can quickly obtain a very fine grind of your chili peppers to enhance your preparations! It features a Microplane® blademanufactured in the USA by photochemistry. This blade is the brand's benchmark, and its effectiveness is the reason for its success! It's ultra-sharp, so you can grind your chillies effortlessly and to perfection.

The mechanism is equipped with a Precise Pressure™ tension spring that exerts the ideal pressure on the chillies when grating. This will have the effect of releasing all the essential oils from the chillies for an authentic taste!

The chili grinder is very easy to use. First, simply hold the stainless steel ring and turn to open the reservoir so you can place your dried chillies inside (we recommend you fill it to at least a third of its capacity to guarantee its effectiveness). Then, once the mill is closed, turn the top clockwise to engage the mechanism and grind the chillies into small flakes, to be measured out according to your preferences! Finally, to avoid wasting anything, you can use the silicone lid supplied to close the mill. This also helps to avoid soiling the worktop, table or tablecloth on which it's placed!
