Care: dishwasher safe, preferably in the upper rack. We recommend rinsing the grater in lukewarm water immediately after use. To remove residues stuck to the back, gently rub the non-cutting side. To clean the front, soak the grater in lukewarm water, then use a brush in the direction of the teeth. When not in use, store the grater with a protective cover over the blade.
