Set of 12 Exoglass® Matfer fluted tartlet moulds

This set of 12 tartlet moulds is ideal for surprising your guests with your most original creations!

Made from black Exoglass®, these tartlet molds are dimensionally stable and extremely durable, even under intensive use. You don't need to grease them before use, as they are non-stick. However, if your pastry contains no fat, this operation can be useful to accentuate the pastry's coloring or to add extra flavor.

The edges of the mould are fluted, which adds a little extra to your creations. In fact, the sides of your creations are slightly undulated for subtle decoration.

Exoglass® ensures even baking of your tarts, as heat is evenly distributed throughout the mold. What's more, it cools quickly, so you can unmold and handle your molds within seconds of taking them out of the oven! Fast demolding guaranteed!

You can store your molds in the freezer, refrigerator or oven, as they can withstand temperatures ranging from -20°C to +250°C!

To clean them, they can be put in the dishwasher without any risk of oxidation. You can also wash them by hand.
