Description

Adopt this Gobel tart mould for your tart and quiche recipes! It features a removable base for easy unmolding. The bottom is perforated, with microperforations for moisture-free baking. This also preserves the crispness of pasta (especially frozen pasta).

This tart mould is made of steel with a non-stick double-layer coating that prevents your preparations from sticking to the sides of the mould, even without the use of fat! What's more, this double layer adds strength to the mold, making it less fragile and more durable.

It is perfectly suited to oven baking, withstanding temperatures of up to 250°C. And for even healthier cooking, it's guaranteed PFOA-free.

Care instructions: wash the mold with dishwashing liquid (no abrasive sponges) and dry thoroughly. Do not use a dishwasher.
