This Scrapcooking mould and insert make it easy to create your own Yule log!
The 30 x 9 x 7 cm yule log mold is made from 18/8 stainless steel, a sturdy material that withstands temperature variations with ease. It can be frozen down to -60°C if you want to make an ice-cream log, or baked in the oven for a traditional log. It is also equipped with feet that ensure stability but can be dismantled. For your convenience, this stainless steel mold is dishwasher-safe!
As for the log insert, it's made from transparent APET crystal, a semi-rigid, sturdy polyester that's compatible with food. It measures 29 x 4 x 3 cm and is fridge and freezer safe only (not dishwasher or oven safe).
The set comes in a food-safe cardboard packaging that doubles as a transport box for transporting, storing or offering your log!
Before using for the first time, wash the molds in hot water and wipe dry thoroughly.
