The Prep Chef is Matfer's multi-cutting appliance that saves chefs an incredible amount of time cutting many different foods. It features some fifteen accessories, each with a specific cutting function.

The Prep Chef support compact is the basis of the Prep Chef compact version. It saves more space than the basic stand, which has 4 feet that can be cumbersome. What's more, the Prep Chef compact can be completely disassembled for maximum space-saving storage.

Made in France from robust, lightweight composite materials. Multiple accessories can be purchased separately, making the Prep Chef a truly versatile machine.

With all its accessories, Prep Chef allows you to :

- Press purée

- Make French fries of various sizes

- Chop 1 kg onions in one minute

- Cut your apples into quarters, removing the core

- Cut tomatoes, cherry tomatoes and citrus fruits into quarters

- Cut hard-boiled eggs, cheese logs and foie-gras into slices

The compact stand measures 21 x 21 x 38cm. It can be adapted to Bourgeat gastronomy trays or other trays.

For added convenience, the Prep Chef and all its accessories are dishwasher-safe.
