This pan is made of sheet steel and features a non-stick coating, ideal for use and cleaning.

This blini/egg pan makes it easy to pan-fry individual eggs!
For longer uses (pancakes, for example), you'll need a potholder to manoeuvre the pan (steel handle heats up quickly).
