Old Bear S craft knife 7cm stainless steel blade olive wood handle with ferrule

The knife is the essential accessory for all adventurers. Thanks to its folding system, it's easy to store in a pocket or bag, so you'll always have it to hand. If you're an amateur, you'll love Old Bear knives! They've been handcrafted in Italy since 1925. They are the bearers of unique know-how!

This knife (model S) features a 7cm blade in AISI 420 stainless steel, with a hardness of 54/56 HRC on the Rockwell scale. It features the brand's bear logo engraved directly on its cutting surface.

The cutting surface can be folded into the handle for greater space and convenience! It is secured by a hand-brushed brass safety ferrule. This is a sort of modular ring linking the blade to the handle. Simply turn it to unlock the blade so you can put it in the cutting position, or turn it the other way round once the blade is folded, to lock it into the handle. Practical and efficient! In fact, this opening/closing system has been patented by the brand.

The 10cm handle is made from olive wood treated with oil to increase durability. Olive wood is pleasant to the touch, with a sweet scent and warm tones.

It is important to note that, as this is a handcrafted knife, it is unique and may differ slightly from other models in the range. This adds authenticity to the knife, which is an original model, and in no way detracts from its qualities and functionality.

The knife is supplied in a small cardboard box, for a nice rustic look! Each box also contains the quality control certificate signed by the craftsman himself. A great gift for a loved one!
