Description

Serve your guests perfect slices of dessert every time with De Buyer polypropylene ribbon!

De Buyer is a French brand with recognized expertise in molds and pastry utensils for professionals. The brand chooses quality materials to meet all the requirements of the pastry-making trade. Here we offer you an accessory that meets all these requirements, and is suitable for both professional and private use.

The ribbon comes in a useful 10m roll of transparent PP. PP is a food-grade plastic widely used in the manufacture of kitchen accessories, as it is healthy and robust. There's no risk of contamination when you use it.

You can use this ribbon to line the inside of your dessert rings. Simply cut the required length to fit the diameter of your circle, then apply it to the inside of the walls. It makes it easy to remove your entremets from the mold, so you don't damage the edges of your desserts. Its 6cm height is ideal for assembling cakes such as strawberry, raspberry or other desserts. The ribbon is to be used cold only.

I called to find out if they had Rhodoid, and they told me yes, I think the central call center isn’t actually in the store, so they can’t answer questions about specific products—they just mindlessly check inventory on a computer. But this isn’t Rhodoid; it isn’t as stiff, so I went all the way there to buy it for nothing.
