These smooth polyamide cutters from De Buyer will help you prepare your pastries every day!
The box contains 9 professional cutters measuring 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 and 10cm, perfect for making individual pastries such as tart bases, entremets or jelly decorations. Their 5cm height allows them to penetrate most cakes without hindrance.
Made from glass-fiber-reinforced polyamide, they are highly resistant to shock and heat up to 160°C. Their one-piece design also makes them dimensionally stable and highly hygienic, essential for professional use.
Their thick, rounded top edge makes them extremely comfortable to use. Cutting is safe and there's no risk of injury. The bottom edge is much thinner and smoother, and very sharp for clean, easy cutting.
These cutters are easy to clean in the dishwasher, and can be sterilized for impeccable hygiene. For space-saving storage, the cutters can be nested and stored in their own hygienic box.
