Made from stainless steel, this multi-cutting roller features 5 55mm-diameter cutting wheels with ultra-sharp, smooth blades to enable you to cut all types of dough: puff pastry, shortcrust pastry etc.

Stainless steel is a material widely used in pastry-making, as it is highly resistant to corrosion and shock.

With its metal structure, its cutting width is adjustable, enabling you to make 4 different-sized strips ranging from 10 to 125mm. To do so, simply adjust the clamping screw located in the middle of the roller and choose the desired gap.

Once folded, this multi-cutting roller takes up no space in your drawers!

This multi-cutting roller is easy to clean with a sponge and a little soapy water.
