Responsible wood and an exceptional mechanism

The mill body is made of wood from French forests. PEFC (Programme for the Endorsement of Forest Certification schemes) certified, it's proof that the wood comes from sustainably managed forests. Peugeot's ethical choice guarantees the mill's sturdiness and longevity.

Its steel mechanism, patented by Peugeot and guaranteed for life, is designed to reveal the full aromatic richness of pepper. Unlike conventional mills, it slices peppercorns with precision rather than crushing them, to preserve all their flavors.

The mechanism can grind :

• Pepper: black, white or red
• Coriander seeds
• Pink berries: only mixed with pepper

Please note: this mechanism is designed to grind peppercorns with a diameter of 6mm or less.

Grinding is easy to adjust. Simply screw or unscrew the stainless steel knob on the head to obtain a fine or more generous grind.

To fill the mill, simply unscrew the knob, remove the head and add the beans. Close, screw back in, and you're ready to go!
