Description

This Pradel Excellence set is perfect for any kitchen.

The blades are ceramic, i.e. compressed zirconium oxide. They are razor-sharp and hold their edge. The blade will penetrate your vegetables, fruit, meat, etc. with ease(but be careful not to cut bones or anything too hard, such as frozen food, because despite its hardness, ceramic is an element that breaks easily if twisted during cutting).

The advantage of ceramic is that there's no transfer of odors between your different cuts, so you can preserve the taste of your food.

The black polymer handles are hygienic and durable.

Hand-wash after use.

I've been using this kind of knife (with English flag) for a long time because I've seen it on TV are a bit fragile but cut very well I think you should cut on a wooden or plastic board to avoid damaging them ???? !!!

I don't know why these knives go awry when cutting. they're perfect for table knives, but not very ergonomic for cooking (cutting vegetables etc....).
