With dimensions of 115cm high and 100cm wide, this apron adapts to all male and female morphologies. With a thickness of 500µm (±10%) and a weight of 600g/m² (±10%), it's a heavyweight apron that offers complete coverage, from the upper chest to the feet.

It comes with a standard mounting system: around the neck is a strap that you can adjust with a food-safe polypropylene buckle, and it fastens in the back with an unbreakable detectable plastic hook and braided polyester elastic. Thermo-welded eyelets secure the various components to the apron body. With no metal parts, this apron is perfectly hygienic.

It complies with the following standards:

- regulation (EC) 1935/2004, articles 3 and 4 concerning materials and articles intended to come into contact with foodstuffs;

- EU regulation 10/2011 on plastic materials and articles intended to come into contact with foodstuffs. This PPE (personal protective equipment) can be placed in incidental contact with all types of foodstuffs, with the exception of acidic foodstuffs (pH below 4.5);

- article 33 of REACH regulation 1907/2006 on products containing substances of concern and its amendments.

A professional apron for the food and hospital sectors

This Manulatex apron is a professional garment made from unsupported polyurethane. It is resistant to moisture, animal fats, blood and cleaning products. Versatile, it is suitable for a wide range of food processing industries such as butchery, fishmongering, oyster farming, dairying and dishwashing, as well as hospitals and the chemical industry.

The polyurethane allows the apron to be used in temperatures ranging from -20°C to +100°C without hardening. Its high-gloss, smooth coating makes it easy to clean, using a brush and soapy water at 40°C maximum (avoid using toxic products for cleaning or storage). It is important to replace the apron as soon as signs of wear appear.
