Description
Made in France, this 25cm Matfer professional spatula has all the qualities needed for use in restaurants, catering establishments, hotel schools and other food service environments.
First of all, it's highly resistant to high temperatures (the white surface can withstand up to 260°C). So you can use it to stir hot food while it's cooking.
Flexible and easy to handle, it has been specially designed to scrape the inside of non-stick coated containers. Food will release more easily, and you'll avoid wastage.
Made from Exoglass®, the handle is also resistant to heat and can be subjected to extreme temperatures, up to 200°C. Thanks to this composite material, the handle is dimensionally stable and easy to maintain.
You can clean the spatula in the dishwasher to save time, and even sterilize it to ensure impeccable hygiene!
Last but not least, the spatula is equipped with a large hook for hanging on your worktop after use.
