This spatula features a 13cm triangular steel gripping surface. You can use it to spread creams, scrape baking trays or gently lift pastries from the tray. It can also be used for grilling and plancha cooking. Made from X30Cr13 stainless steel (also known as 13/0), the functional part is sturdy and resistant to both corrosion and impact.

The handle is made of black polypropylene, a material renowned for its hygienic properties. Indeed, it does not absorb liquids, which is a real asset in the professional environment.

5 colored inserts are available for clipping onto the end of the handle. They have been designed in line with HACCP recommendations, and each color corresponds to a food group:

- White: dairy products and bread

- Blue: fish
