These two Continenta 5365 utensils are made entirely from sustainable recycled material. It is developed by the Continenta brand: DURACORE. This paper-based wood fiber offers great strength and a range of advantageous characteristics. Indeed, duracore is highly resistant to heat (up to 180°C) and easy to clean in the dishwasher. It is also gentle on knives and particularly hygienic.

Cleaning tips

To remove light stains, we recommend wiping the surface of the utensil with a damp cloth. For thorough cleaning, use lukewarm water and washing-up liquid. You can also run them through the dishwasher. It is then essential to allow the items to dry completely before use.

It is also possible to reduce visible signs of use by applying oil. For this task, we recommend the use of CONTINENTA wood balsam (not supplied).
