This original,professional-quality cake tin is made from 100% platinum blue silicone, perfectly compatible with food contact for safe use. It's ultra-flexible and non-stick, ensuring your cakes bake and unmould perfectly.
Supplied with a recipe, this cake mould includes 10 brick shapes in different sizes ranging from 4.5 to 9 x 4.5 x 3 cm to enable you to create gourmet bricks.
This quality cake tin is oven- and microwave-safe up to +230°C, as well as fridge- and freezer-safe down to -20°C for frozen desserts.
Before the first use and each time you use it, we recommend washing the mold in hot water without detergent, or in the dishwasher. You can also lightly butter it, but only the first time you use it, after which it's no longer necessary as the silicone is non-stick.
