Have an excellent sharpening gun in your kitchen to keep your serrated knives at their sharpest. If you haven't yet found the ideal tool for maintaining your knives, you've come to the right place! Choose this DMT Diafold sharpening steel with 11.3cm diamond wick.
Is your bread knife dull? Don't worry! The Diafold Sharpening Rifle will solve the problem in a jiffy. How do I use it? Take the sharpener and move it back and forth between the interstices of each tooth to obtain a well-polished, sharper cutting edge. Repeat this gesture 6 to 10 times in alternation until you achieve a satisfactory result.
What's more, thanks to its medium-grain (600) diamond bit, this rifle guarantees fast, highly efficient use.
It's also worth pointing out that no oil is required for polishing. Dry sharpening or sharpening with a little water is all you need to take care of your blades. The advantage of a little water is that it will lubricate the maneuver to eliminate the steel particles created when the two steels meet.
As for its construction, the manufacturer has ensured that the rod is protected by its polymer handle when not in use. In fact, the wick is retractable for easy storage and convenient transport.
