This 22cm brioche mold is made from food-safe silicone and makes it easy to bake brioches or charlottes.

Silicone has many advantages, and is therefore widely used in cooking and pastry-making. It can withstand high temperatures ranging from -60°C to +230°C, and is naturally non-stick and unbreakable.

This brioche mold also has a rigid plastic contour to help hold and handle it when unmolding. As a result, it can be unmolded quickly and without the dough sticking to the bottom or edges.
