Each truffle is beautifully sized: 62mm in diameter, 52mm high and 117ml in capacity.

This mold is made entirely of white silicone. This non-toxic, BPA-free food-grade silicone strictly complies with current food standards.

Demolding is made easy thanks to silicone's non-stick properties, so no greasing is required. It also withstands wide temperature variations, from -60°C to +230°C. This mold is therefore perfectly compatible with your oven, microwave, refrigerator and freezer.
