Smith's is an American company specializing in sharpening products. Based in Arkansas, Smith's began in 1886 as a small company selling only Arkansas stones, originally used by Native Americans to sharpen their tools.

The Smith's 2-stage crosssharpener features two tungsten carbide blades for fast, efficient sharpening of blades that have lost their edge.

Practical for sharpening small, simple kitchen knives; on the other hand, the ceramic cross brings the cutting edge of all knives back to life... For quality knives, it's better to look for other sharpening possibilities... For backpacking, it's not heavy and doesn't take up much space, so you can take it with you for Douk-Douk and the like.
