The original gift box for spice lovers!
Grinder with ultra-sharp stainless steel blade: effortless, clean cutting
Precise Pressure™ mechanism: optimal cutting pressure
Height: 21cm - Diameter: 5.5cm
A bag of Birdseye chili pepper is included
Delivered in a gift box: ideal for gift-giving
The Microplane Gourmet chilli gift set to spice up your dishes!
Here's what's in the box:
- 1 pepper mill
- 1 bag of 30g Birdseye chillies
The mill blade is made in the USA by photochemistry. It is ultra-sharp to grind all your chillies to perfection, effortlessly.
The mechanism is equipped with a Precise Pressure™ tension spring that exerts the ideal pressure on the chillies when grating. This has the effect of releasing all the essential oils from the chillies for an authentic taste!
The chilli mill is very easy to use: simply hold the stainless steel ring and turn to open the reservoir to place your dried chillies inside (we advise you to fill it at least a third of the way to guarantee its effectiveness). Once the mill is closed, turn the top clockwise to engage the mechanism and grind the chillies into small flakes, to be measured out according to your preferences!
To ensure that nothing goes to waste, the grinder comes with a silicone lid, so that it won't dirty the worktop, table or tablecloth on which it's placed!
This chili mill is the ideal companion for adding a spicy touch to your preparations: in sauces, on eggs, in a cake... You get a perfect grind and a dosage to suit your preferences and needs! Just fill it with the chillies you want.
It disassembles completely for easy cleaning. It can also be put in the dishwasher to save time.
Thanks to the chilli sample supplied, you'll discover new flavours from all over the world to spice up your dishes!
