Byrd pocket knives were created by Spyderco! The internationally renowned brand has decided to offer a range of knives at attractive prices for fans of Spyderco design.
This Byrd Cara Cara 2 all-stainless steel knife is the big brother of the Byrd Meadowlark 2, and is larger for those looking for a larger cutting surface and a more imposing handle. The Cara Cara 2 features a 9.8cm blade, serrated on one half and smooth on the other. The smooth part offers excellent cutting precision, while the teeth will cut through rope and other fibrous material in no time! The blade is made of 8Cr13MoV stainless steel, making it strong and corrosion-resistant.
The handle of the Byrd Cara Cara 2 knife is also made of stainless steel. The all-stainless steel effect is both stylish and practical: it's sturdy, easy to clean and resistant to oxidation. The handle features a clip for easy transport. It is reversible and can be attached in 4 different ways! At the end of the handle, you'll find a small hole for inserting a cord to secure your cuts.
The notched part on the back and bottom of the blade near the handle is designed to support your thumb during use.
Unfold the blade in a single movement thanks to the thumbhole. Once unfolded, the blade is locked in place with the back lock system for safe use. To close the blade, simply press the pump on the handle and push the blade into the closed position.
Adopt this Byrd Cara Cara 2 BY03PS2 knife for all your DIY and harvesting outings!
