The pressure cooker is made entirely of 18/10 stainless steel, guaranteeing you a cooking utensil suitable for culinary use, resistant to shocks and high temperatures.
Handling the pressure cooker is safe and easy, thanks to the simplified one-hand opening and closing. The lid is fully insulated and adjusts in all directions for ease of use and improved cooking performance. Steam is released directly from the valve.
What's more, an additional glass lid is supplied with the unit for classic use as a saucepan or stewpot!
Finally, the pressure cooker is compatible with all heat sources: gas, electric, glass-ceramic and induction.
