The molding box measures 23cm long, 6cm wide and 7cm high. It features 9 evenly distributed notches to form 10 regular makis.
This machine is very easy to use. Simply place a sheet of seaweed in the base of the mold and add vinegared rice. Use the press to create a gutter to place the fish and vegetables (avocado, cucumber, etc.) on top of the rice. Fold over the seaweed sheet to close the maki and press down again with the lid before placing in the fridge. Once the roll has set, simply cut along the notch guide. Your makis are ready!
