The Kitchen Craft chopper + board set lets you quickly and efficiently chop fresh herbs, onions, garlic, ginger and any other food requiring fine cutting.

The chopper is an easy-to-use double-bladed half-moon chopper with two handles. Simply hold each handle with one hand and flip the blade several times. The chopper is made of stainless steel, which resists corrosion and humidity. Even the most acidic foods, such as lemons and tomatoes, will not damage it.

The board is made from beech wood, a species that is both robust and soft to preserve the chopper blade. Its surface is curved to accommodate the blade during chopping movements for greater efficiency. This allows food to be cut along the entire length of the chopper.

The chopper can be washed by hand or in the dishwasher for fast, hygienic maintenance. The board can be washed by hand and maintained with a specialized oil or cream.
